At HyperShop, we offer a 30-day return window for all electronics to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-tech gear. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your HyperShop account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once our technicians verify the unit's condition, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
